2. Entrants

Any natural person age 18 or older residing in Austria, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Hungary, the Czech Republic, or Slovakia may enter the competition. Excluded are Almdudler employees and their relatives as well as the employees, and relatives thereof, of the companies participating in the promotion. Entry for and by third parties, as well as entry via competition clubs and automated services are excluded. Almdudler reserves the right to check entrants’ eligibility and request proof of age (e.g. a copy of a passport or another recognised form of identification). Furthermore, Almdudler reserves the right to exclude entrants from the promotion due to false statements, manipulation or use of unauthorised aids. This applies even if there is only a suspicion of such conduct. In such cases, Almdudler may consider denying the entrant prizes which have already been promised and even demanding that the prizes be returned.

3. How to enter

The competition can only be entered online on the promotion page https://almdudler.com/at/grillgaudi. To enter, simply purchase at least one Almdudler product in the promotion period from 01.04.2024 to 30.09.2024, upload a photo of the complete original sales receipt to the promotion page as proof of purchase and complete the entry form with your name, place of residence and email address, then accept the application of the Entry Conditions and the privacy policy, before finally sending it off. Entry is free of charge, subject to the usual fees of the respective mobile network or Internet provider to be borne by the entrant.

4. Requirement for entry

Every sales receipt showing at least one Almdudler product can be used once for entry in the competition. Even if multiple Almdudler products are shown on the receipt, this receipt may still only be used for one single entry. An additional entry using a photo of a receipt which has already been uploaded may result in the disqualification of the entrant. Multiple entries are possible with different receipts, provided that each receipt proves the purchase of at least one Almdudler product during the promotion period.

5. When uploading a photo of the receipt, please note:

The receipt must clearly and legibly show the Almdudler product, the retailer or restaurant, the date and time, as well as the purchase total. Online receipts are recognised even if they do not show a time. Orders, order confirmations, delivery notes, etc. are not valid proof of purchase. It is essential to include the full receipt in the photo, ensuring that all of the above-mentioned information is clearly legible. Unusually long receipts can be folded and undesired information (such as card payment data) can be made unrecognisable, as long as the required information (product, retailer or restaurant, date and time, purchase total) is fully and clearly legible. Only fully completed registrations are accepted for entry in the competition. Inaccurate statements or incomplete registrations result in exclusion from the prize draw. Almdudler cannot be held responsible for late and/or incomplete registrations.

6. Prizes

The competition involves 200 winners being drawn at random, to whom one of the following prize packages will be sent after the drawings:

• Package 1

– 1x Napoleon TRAVELQ™ PRO285 (PRO285-BK-DE)
– 24x Almdudler Original 0.5L PET

• Package 2

– 45 cm charcoal kettle grill (NK18K-LEG-1)
– 24x Almdudler Original 0.5L PET

The 200 prize packages will be distributed among the participating countries according to a weighting defined by Almdudler and will subsequently be assigned to the respective winners. The draw will be conducted in private and the selection of the prize packages is randomized. The pictures and descriptions of the prizes are non-binding. A cash payout, exchange, or reimbursement of the prize is not possible. The prizes are personal and non-transferable.

Afer the drawings, the winners will be notified of their success via the email address provided. A maximum of one prize will be awarded to each entrant; if one person is drawn as a winner more than once following entry with multiple sales receipts as described in clauses 3 and 4, the excess prizes will be awarded to a new winner instead.

The prize can only be delivered to the address provided by the entrant within Austria, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Hungary. A proportional quota of the prizes will be drawn and sent out at the end of each month during the 6-month entry period. The process will then continue until all prize packages accepted in writing by the recipients have been sent out. The prizes will be sent out within a maximum of 4 weeks after the draw. Almdudler reserves the right to draw and notify one substitute winner. Almdudler is not liable for any delivery delays or loss of the prizes in the post. The winners bear sole responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of their address information. If incorrect address information is provided, the prize may be delivered late or not at all. Almdudler cannot guarantee repeated delivery attempts.

7. Legal notice

The Entry Conditions are subject to Austrian law, except the mandatory provisions of the law that would be applicable without this clause, Art. 6 (2) Rome I Regulation 593/2008. Almdudler reserves the right to cancel, extend, or interrupt the promotion without advance notice and to change, add to, or reduce these Entry Conditions. This applies in particular if the completion of the promotion as planned cannot be guaranteed due to technical or legal reasons or acts of nature. If individual provisions of these Entry Conditions are invalid or incomplete in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or incomplete provision is replaced by a provision that comes closest to the original provision within the scope of what is legally possible. Legal recourse is excluded.

Almdudler accepts no liability for the services of third parties, particularly the cooperation partners involved; in particular, Almdudler is not liable for any material defects and/or defects of title of the prizes. Almdudler is only liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or through violation of cardinal obligations, by Almdudler or one of its agents. This does not apply to damage through injury to life, limb and/or health. The above liability limitation applies in particular to damage caused by errors, delays, or interruptions in the transmission of data etc., as well as by faults in the technical systems or service, inaccurate content, loss or deletion of data, or viruses.

If one or several of the above clauses is void, invalid, or impracticable in whole or in part, this shall not affect the remaining conditions.

8. Data protection

Almdudler conducts the competition. The data provided by the entrant (email address, name and postal address) is processed and stored electronically by Almdudler for the exclusive purpose of conducting and processing the prize draw in line with the above-mentioned process for the duration of the prize draw, taking into account the applicable data protection laws and provisions. The entrant agrees to this. Personal data stored for the purpose of conducting the draw is deleted without delay after completion of the draw. Almdudler will not use the personal data for advertising purposes, nor transmit, rent, or sell it to third parties. The provisions of our Privacy Policy apply in addition.

The 200 grills specified in clause 6 will be sent directly to the winners by the manufacturer. The winners of the grills agree to the transmission of their personal data to Wolf Steel Europe B.V. [Branch office Austria: Dorf 24, 3351 Weistrach, Austria; austria@napoleon.com] for the exclusive purpose of conducting and processing the promotion. The drinks are sent by Almdudler.

9. By entering the competition, the entrants agree to these Entry Conditions. The entry deadline is 30.09.2024 at 11:59 pm. The electronically logged time at which all of the data listed in clause 3 is provided on the promotion page specified there is decisive.
