The following conditions apply:

Hereinafter referred to as “Almdudler.”

2. Eligible Participants

Natural persons aged 18 and over with residence in Hungary are eligible to participate. Employees of Almdudler and their relatives, as well as employees and relatives of companies involved in the promotion, are excluded. Participation on behalf of third parties, via sweepstake clubs, or through automated services is not permitted.

Almdudler reserves the right to verify eligibility and request proof of age (e.g., a copy of a passport or another recognized form of ID). Furthermore, Almdudler reserves the right to exclude participants due to false information, manipulation, or the use of unauthorized means. This also applies in cases of suspected misconduct. In such cases, Almdudler may refuse to award prizes already promised and may demand their return.

3. Participation

Participation in the sweepstake takes place exclusively online at: https://almdudler.com/at/grillgaudi. To participate, purchase at least one Almdudler product (beverage or merchandise item) during the promotion period from April 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026. Upload a photo of the complete original receipt as proof of purchase on the promotion website and fully complete the entry form with your name, residence, and email address. Accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy, and submit the form.

Participation is free of charge, except for any transmission costs charged by the participant’s mobile or internet provider.

4. Participation Requirement

Each receipt showing at least one Almdudler product may be used once to participate. Even if multiple Almdudler products appear on a receipt, only one entry per receipt is allowed.

Submitting the same receipt more than once may result in disqualification. Multiple entries are permitted using different receipts, provided each shows the purchase of at least one Almdudler product within the promotion period.

5. Requirements for Uploading Receipt Photos:

The receipt must clearly show the Almdudler product, the retailer or restaurant, date and time, and the total amount. Online invoices are accepted even without a time stamp. Orders, order confirmations, delivery notes, or similar documents are not valid.

The entire receipt must be photographed so that all required information is clearly visible. Long receipts may be folded, and irrelevant information (e.g., payment card data) may be obscured, provided the necessary details remain clearly legible.

Only fully completed registrations will be entered into the sweepstake. Incorrect or incomplete entries will result in exclusion. Almdudler is not responsible for late or incomplete submissions.

6. Prizes

A total of 10 winners will be randomly selected after the promotion ends. Each winner will receive the following prize package:

– 1x 45 cm charcoal kettle grill (NK18K-LEG-1)
– 24x Almdudler Original 0.5L PET

The draw will take place privately and at random. Images and descriptions of prizes are non-binding. Cash payment, exchange, or substitution of prizes is not possible. Prizes are personal and non-transferable.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided. Each participant may win only one prize package. If a participant is selected multiple times, they will still receive only one prize package; additional wins will be forfeited and redrawn.

Delivery is limited to addresses within Hungary. Winners will be drawn within the first week of October 2026 and notified by email.

Voucher codes for the grills will be sent digitally. Winners must redeem them independently at www.bbq-store.at to order the grill free of charge and with free shipping. Grills will be shipped by BBQ Store. Beverage prizes will be shipped directly by Almdudler after the winner provides their delivery address.

Prizes will be delivered within 8 weeks after the draw. Almdudler is not liable for delays or loss during shipping. Winners are responsible for providing correct and complete address details. Multiple delivery attempts are not guaranteed.

7. Instant Wins

The instant win promotion “Almdudler Price-Sizzzler” runs from April 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026. Participation is open to natural persons aged 18+ residing in Hungary, excluding employees and their relatives as stated above.

Participation takes place via a digital slot machine at almdudler.com/at/grillgaudi by clicking the button “Start game”. Results are displayed immediately and are determined randomly by an automated system.

Participation is limited to once per person per day and is free of charge. Prizes include:

Cash alternatives, exchanges, or substitutions are excluded. Prizes are issued as voucher codes via email and must be redeemed within one month at www.shop.almdudler.com, otherwise they expire. Shipping costs are not covered.

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants in cases of violations or manipulation and to modify or terminate the promotion for valid reasons. Liability exists only in cases of intent or gross negligence; no liability is assumed for technical issues. Personal data is used exclusively for conducting the promotion (see Section 9). Legal recourse is excluded.

8. Legal Notice

These terms and conditions are governed by Austrian law, excluding mandatory provisions of other applicable laws (Art. 6(2) Rome I Regulation 593/2008).

Almdudler reserves the right to cancel, extend, interrupt, or modify the promotion without prior notice, particularly in cases of technical, legal, or force majeure issues.

If individual provisions are invalid or incomplete, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Invalid provisions will be replaced by ones that most closely reflect the original intent within legal limits. Legal recourse is excluded.

Almdudler assumes no liability for third-party services, particularly for defects in prizes. Liability is limited to intent, gross negligence, or breach of essential contractual obligations, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.

This limitation also applies to damages caused by data transmission errors, technical failures, incorrect content, data loss, or viruses.

9. Data Protection

The promotion is administered by Almdudler. Personal data (email address, name, and address) will be processed and stored solely for the purpose of conducting the sweepstake, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Participants consent to this processing. Data will be deleted immediately after completion of the promotion. Personal data will not be used for advertising purposes or shared, rented, or sold to third parties.

The 10 grills will be shipped directly by BBQ Store (Ruster Straße 82 – 104 Top 37, 7000 Eisenstadt, office@bbq-store.at, Jörg Lebrecht GmbH). Winners agree that their personal data will be shared with BBQ Store solely for prize delivery. Beverage prizes will be shipped by Almdudler.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the promotion, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

The closing date for participation is August 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM. The decisive factor is the electronically recorded time of receipt of the complete data submitted via the promotion website as described in Section 3.
