Accessibility Statement

We strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act 2025 (BaFG), the Guidelines for Accessible Web Content (WCAG 2.1, Conformance Level AA), and the European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03). This statement applies only to this website.

Status of compliance with requirements

This website is partially accessible due to the following points. Compliance is partially in accordance with Level AA of WCAG 2.1 and the requirements of the BaFG.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

Incompatibility with accessibility regulations

  • Non-text content
Not all non-text content, such as images, graphics, and objects, has a meaningful and equivalent text alternative (WCAG 1.1.1).
  • Zoom & presentation
At zoom levels greater than 200% or on very small screens (less than 320px wide), content may overlap, and horizontal scrolling may be necessary in some cases (WCAG 1.4.10).

Disproportionate burden

Scanned documents and graphics containing text are currently not accessible. The effort required to make them fully accessible would be disproportionately high. We strive to provide accessible alternatives wherever possible.

We are unable to provide subtitles (WCAG 1.2.2) and audio descriptions (WCAG 1.2.5) for our videos and content published on YouTube. This means that the spoken content is not accessible to deaf users. This would involve a disproportionate amount of effort.

If you would like to access content on the website that is only published in a non-accessible version, please do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone. You will find the contact details in the following paragraph.

Preparation of the accessibility statement

This statement was created on October 26, 2025, and will be reviewed regularly and updated in the event of changes.
